Xin Jin is an associate professor at the School of Software, Yunnan University. He received his BS degree in electronics and information engineering from the Henan Normal University in 2013, and his PhD in Communication and Information Systems Yunnan University in 2018. His current research interests include pulse-coupled neural networks theory and its applications, image processing, optimization algorithms, and bio-informatics.
