Dr. Thierry Baron is a research director at CNRS. He is currently heading the “Laboratoire des Technologies de la Microelectronique” (LTM) located on the CEA-LETI’s site. During his career, he has mainly worked on nanomaterials elaboration (nanodots, nanowires, III-V semiconductors, 2D materials) and integration in micro and opto electronics devices. In 2018, he started a program on “sustainable nanoelectronics “NEED for IoT” within the framework of IDEX Université Grenoble Alpes.
