Biography
Shu-Zhi Yuan was born in Xinxiang, Henan Province, China. She received her Ph.D. in College of Food Science and Nutrition Engineering in 2019 form China Agricultural University, majoring in Processing and Storage of Agriculture Products. She then worked as a research assistant at Postharvest and Processing Lab. in the Vegetable Research Center from Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences.
