Dr. Xiayu Liu, Associate Research Fellow at the Innovation Center of Yangtze River Delta, Zhejiang University. His research primarily focuses on the transmission, stress resistance mechanisms, and intervention strategies for foodborne pathogenic bacteria. He has established a series of internationally leading microbiological research methodologies, overcoming research bottlenecks for several critical pathogens, and has built a widely applicable microbial research platform.
