Hongjiang Liu is currently a PHD student at the School of Architecture, Tianjin University, China. Her research focuses on carbon emission, low-carbon urban planning method, land use, and spatial planning. She has deeply participated in the National Key Research and Development Project of China “Research on urban planning technology of the county based on carbon control system”; and the National Natural Science Foundation of China “Research on low-carbon spatial planning method of the county based on the theory of carbon balance zoning”, and a series of provincial projects.
