This research constructs a two-stage DEA network system model of shared input resources to evaluate the efficiency of animation companies: the first-stage efficiency to reflect the production quantity and the second-stage efficiency to reflect the production quality of animation products, where the quality of animation products is judged based on the market recognition of the animation products. The overall efficiency in the research model is used to describe the development of animation enterprises. According to the result, it is concluded that the overall efficiency of the surveyed animation companies and the efficiency of each sub-stage have shown an upward trend, which is in line with the growth of the company's development.

The cultural element is the minimum unit of a cultural system. The systematic categorizing, organizing, and retrieval of the traditional Chinese cultural elements are essential prerequisites for the realization of effective extracting and rational utilization, as well as the prerequisite for exploiting the contemporary value of the traditional Chinese culture. To build an objective, integrated, and reliable classification method and a system of traditional Chinese cultural elements, this study takes the text of Taiping Imperial Encyclopedia in Northern Song Dynasty as the primary data source. The unsupervised word segmentation methods are used to detect Out-of-Vocabulary (OOV), and then the segmentation results by the THULAC tool with and without custom dictionary are compared. The TF-IDF algorithm is applied to extract the keywords of cultural elements and the Ochiia coefficient is introduced to create complex networks of traditional Chinese cultural elements. After analyzing the topological characteristics of the network, the community detection algorithm is used to identify the topics of cultural elements. Finally, a “Means-Ends” two-dimensional orthogonal classification system is established to categorize the topics. The results showed that the degree distribution in the complex network of Chinese traditional cultural elements is a scale-free network with γ = 2.28. The network shows a structure of community and hierarchy features. The top 12 communities have taken up to 91.77% of the scale of the networks. Those 12 topics of the traditional Chinese cultural elements are circularly distributed in the orthogonal system of cultural elements’ categorization.

The trajectory information generated by the moving object plays an important role in studying the object movement. In this paper, a trajectory data compression algorithm based on the motion state changing is proposed to reduce trajectory data storage space and increase compression speed, which can accurately show the motion state and trajectory characteristics. This study has certain significance for the exploration of mass traffic data and the planning of traffic network. Combining the angle threshold with the velocity threshold of a moving object, the key data points are found and the redundant information is removed. Subsequently, the compressed trajectory is obtained. The experimental results show that the new algorithm can help to improve compression efficiency. The compressed trajectory has high similarity with the original trajectory in movement tendency.

By virtue of the low-cost and high-efficiency internet traffic monetizing ability, key opinion leaders (KOL) have achieved great success on social media platforms in terms of agricultural brand e-commerce marketing. However, opinion leaders tend to adopt different promotion strategies according to their preference to brands. How to optimize online marketing strategies based on the difference in opinion leaders’ attitudes remains a problem demanding prompt solution for agricultural product brand enterprises. This study takes agricultural product brand enterprises and opinion leaders with limited rationality as the research subjects. On the premise of considering the difference in opinion leaders’ attitudes towards brands, the paper combines the evolutionary game theory to construct agricultural product brands’ online promotion strategy evolutionary model, adopts visualization system to simulate the evolutionary process of brand online promotion strategies, verifies model validity and explores the influencing mechanism of punishment on opinion leaders’ negative promotion. Results of multi-agent-based simulation demonstrate that investment in brand promotion, irrelevant to opinion leaders’ attitudes towards brands, pertains to the absolute advantage strategy of agricultural product brand enterprises. Reinforced intensity of punishment against opinion leaders following negative promotion may change opinion leaders’ promotion strategies for agricultural product brands. Moreover, the present study provides an idea and reference to the management decisions of agricultural product brand enterprises’ online brand promotion strategies.

Under the “Internet+” environment, the R&D intensity of products and services has increased; hence, organizations need to improve their ability to integrate knowledge and technology resources. Knowledge gaps will arise when an organization’s knowledge reserves fail to meet the needs of innovation activities. This research established a network of complete knowledge topics under the “Internet+” environment based on the Word2Vec model. The word vectors and word frequencies of organizational reserve knowledge texts were analyzed to establish an organizational reserve knowledge topic network. The Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency algorithm was used to identify the demanded knowledge topic. The satisfaction capability of demanded knowledge in the reserve knowledge topic network was calculated via the eigenvector centrality and the fuzzy evaluation method. The corresponding strategies were then put forward to make up the knowledge gap. Finally, a case study was conducted and compared with SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) and Venn diagram analysis on the economic and management college of a university in Beijing to verify the effectiveness of this method.

The negative impact of brand negative online word-of-mouth (OWOM) on social images in social media is far greater than the promotion of positive OWOM. Thus, how to optimize brand image by improving the positive OWOM effect and slowing the negative OWOM communication has turned into an urgent problem for brand enterprises. On this basis, we analyze the evolution process of the OWOM communication group of the social media brand network based on the SOR (stimulus-organism-response) theory of psychology. Through constructing the heterogeneous brand OWOM communication dynamic model and conducting the multi-agent-based simulation experiment, the dynamic visualization of brand OWOM communication effect combined the thinking model of viral marketing is realized. Experiments show that the ability of brand communicators to persuade has a direct impact on the persistence and breadth of brand communication. When the acceptance of the consumer market is high, the negative OWOM of the brand has a relatively huge impact on consumers.
