Dr. Kirill I. Kirsanov is the Head of the Laboratory of Carcinogenic Substances at the Institute of Carcinogenesis in the N.N. Blokhin National Medical Research Center of Oncology of the Ministry of Health of Russia. In 2019, he was awarded the Moscow Government Prize for Young Scientists for achievements in research on the molecular mechanisms of the procarcinogenic and anticarcinogenic effects of minor groove-binding ligands, and in 2021, he received the gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation for services in the field of healthcare.
