Professor Dr. Oliver Grottke is a specialist anesthetist in the Department of Anaesthesiology at University Hospital RWTH Aachen, Germany. Dr Grottke studied medicine at the Medical University of Hannover and trained in anesthesiology at University Clinic Hamburg-Eppendorf, Friedrich Schiller University Jena, and the University of Aachen. He has also undertaken further medical training at Rocky Mountain Laboratories, NIH in Montana, USA and at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Dr Grottke has published extensively on hemostasis and the reversal of oral anticoagulation.
