Prof. Shin Takasawa

Shin Takasawa is a Professor at Nara Medical University (NMU), Japan. He has extended his valuable service as a Professor and Chairman at Nara Medical University (NMU) and has been a recipient of many awards and grants. He previously worked as a Professor at the Tohoku University School of Medicine, the Group Leader of JST (the Japan Science Technology Agency), and a Professor at Nara Women's University. Recently, he was also a Professor at Kansai Gakken Iryou Fukushi Gakuin. His research interests are in the field of molecular biology for sleep apnea syndrome and intermittent hypoxia, cancer research, the molecular concept of diabetes, and genomics.
