Fernanda Cosme is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biology and Environment of the School of Life Science and Environment, University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro. She is a researcher in the Chemistry Research Centre of Vila Real in the Food and Wine Chemistry Laboratory. She completed her Ph.D. in Agricultural Sciences/Food Science at the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro. Her teaching disciplines include Wine Stabilisation and Food Technology. Her research topics mainly include grapes and wines concerning grape composition, wine technology, wine stability, quality and safety.
