Khaled Lofty received a Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics from the Faculty of Science, Zagazig University, Egypt. His research interests are in the areas of applied mathematics and mathematical physics, thermoelasticity, photothermal applications, mechanical engineering, solid mechanics, and applied and computational mathematics. He has published research articles in reputed international journals of mathematical, physics, and mechanical engineering, totaling about 170 published papers.
