Dr. Peng Wu is an Associate Professor at the School of Chemical and Environmental Engineering, Soochow University, China. He completed his PhD studies in Biochemical Engineering at Xiamen University in 2016. His research interests include the development and application of in vitro bionic digestive systems, food digestion and absorption in different populations, survival of probiotics within the human gastrointestinal tract, drug dissolution and absorption, and starch structure and functional properties.
