Professor Fernando T Silveira graduated in Medicine at the Federal University of Pará, Brazil, obtained a Master’s in Parasitology at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil, and received a Ph.D. in Pathology at the University of São Paulo. He has experience in infection diseases, with emphasis in clinical and immunopathology of leishmaniasis
