Prof. Xin Li received her Bachelor’s degree in Genetics and Genetic Engineering at Fudan University in 1989 and completed her PhD studies in Plant Pathology at Oklahoma State University in 1995. She is currently a professor at the University of British Columbia. Her research keywords include bioinformatics, biological imaging, genomics, immunology, etc. The long-term goal of her research program is to understand the molecular mechanisms of plant innate immunity.
