Sentiment analysis of Chinese micro-blog based on sentiment dictionary has become a challenging research subject in the field of artificial intelligence. However, due to insufficient sentiment words, Chinese micro-blog sentiment analysis is difficult to process high accuracy. Aimed at this issue, we propose a method for constructing multiple sentiment dictionaries, which mainly constructs original sentiment dictionary, emoji dictionary, and other related dictionaries. Among them, we have innovatively constructed a Chinese micro-blog new word sentiment dictionary. Multiple sentiment dictionaries increase the coverage of sentiment words. At the same time, we further analyze semantic rule sets between Chinese micro-blog texts and take the inter-sentence analysis rules and sentence pattern analysis rules into the sentiment analysis of Chinese micro-blog, which further improves the accuracy of Chinese mi-cro-blog sentiment analysis. Finally, based on the method of multiple sentiment dictionaries and semantic rule sets, we propose an algorithm for Chinese micro-blog sentiment calculation from complex sentences to clauses and then from clauses to words, and finally combined with the emoji. This algorithm can accurately classify Chinese micro-blog into positive Chinese micro-blog, negative Chinese micro-blog, and neutral Chinese micro-blog. The experimental results show that this method has greatly improved the sentiment analysis of Chinese micro-blog.
The aim of this paper is to introduce and investigate a novel complex Lorenz system with a flux-controlled memristor, and to realize its synchronization. The system has an infinite number of stable and unstable equilibrium points, and can generate abundant dynamical behaviors with different parameters and initial conditions, such as limit cycle, torus, chaos, transient phenomena, etc., which are explored by means of time-domain waveforms, phase portraits, bifurcation diagrams, and Lyapunov exponents. Furthermore, an active controller is designed to achieve modified projective synchronization (MPS) of this system based on Lyapunov stability theory. The corresponding numerical simulations agree well with the theoretical analysis, and demonstrate that the response system is asymptotically synchronized with the drive system within a short time.
This paper introduces a new memristor-based hyperchaotic complex Lü system (MHCLS) and investigates its adaptive complex generalized synchronization (ACGS). Firstly, the complex system is constructed based on a memristor-based hyperchaotic real Lü system, and its properties are analyzed theoretically. Secondly, its dynamical behaviors, including hyperchaos, chaos, transient phenomena, as well as periodic behaviors, are explored numerically by means of bifurcation diagrams, Lyapunov exponents, phase portraits, and time history diagrams. Thirdly, an adaptive controller and a parameter estimator are proposed to realize complex generalized synchronization and parameter identification of two identical MHCLSs with unknown parameters based on Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, the numerical simulation results of ACGS and its applications to secure communication are presented to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
In this paper, generalized synchronization (GS) is extended from real space to complex space, resulting in a new synchronization scheme, complex generalized synchronization (CGS). Based on Lyapunov stability theory, an adaptive controller and parameter update laws are designed to realize CGS and parameter identification of two nonidentical chaotic (hyperchaotic) complex systems with respect to a given complex map vector. This scheme is applied to synchronize a memristor-based hyperchaotic complex Lü system and a memristor-based chaotic complex Lorenz system, a chaotic complex Chen system and a memristor-based chaotic complex Lorenz system, as well as a memristor-based hyperchaotic complex Lü system and a chaotic complex Lü system with fully unknown parameters. The corresponding numerical simulations illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
With comprehensive consideration of generalized synchronization, combination synchronization and adaptive control, this paper investigates a novel adaptive generalized combination complex synchronization (AGCCS) scheme for different real and complex nonlinear systems with unknown parameters. On the basis of Lyapunov stability theory and adaptive control, an AGCCS controller and parameter update laws are derived to achieve synchronization and parameter identification of two real drive systems and a complex response system, as well as two complex drive systems and a real response system. Two simulation examples, namely, ACGCS for chaotic real Lorenz and Chen systems driving a hyperchaotic complex Lü system, and hyperchaotic complex Lorenz and Chen systems driving a real chaotic Lü system, are presented to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
A hysteretic current-controlled SEPIC converter, which uses the sum of two inductor currents as the control variable, is discussed. The operation states of the converter are studied based on the theory of sliding mode control. The equivalent control and relative differential equations on the sliding surface are derived, based on which, the stability of equilibrium point is analysed with the calculation of eigenvalues. With numerical calculation and computer simulation, it is shown that the equilibrium point will lose the stability via a Hopf bifurcation when the current reference increases. Subsequently the converter will exhibit complex dynamical behavior including limit cycle, double limit cycle, quasi-periodicity, and chaos by increasing the current reference furthermore.
