Prof. Tiziana Grassi is an Associate Professor at the Department of Experimental Medicine, University of Salento. In 2018, she was a fixed-term Researcher at the Department of Biological and Environmental Sciences and Technologies of the University of Salento. She earned her Degree in Biological Sciences and her PhD in Fundamental Ecology (XVIII cycle) at the University of Salento. The lines of research she addresses fall within the epidemiology and prevention of infectious and non-communicable diseases, with a particular focus on seroepidemiology of vaccine-preventivable diseases, molecular epidemiology, environmental hygiene, lifestyle and food hygiene.
