Hongmin Chen earned, from Fudan University, a Master’s degree in Management (2006) and a Ph.D. in Economics ( 2009). She is now an Associate Professor in the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering at Fudan University. Her work in the green economy and low-carbon development has resulted in numerous research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and key policy advisory programs commissioned by the Shanghai Municipal Government. Her research interests include green economy, low-carbon development, and sustainable policy management.
