Dr. Sunmin Park

Prof. Dr. Sunmin Park is a Professor at the Department of Food & Nutrition, Hoseo University. She received her BS and MS from Ewha Women's University in 1985 and 1987, respectively, her Ph.D. from Ohio State University in 1992, and her Master's of Applied Statistics from the same university in 1994. From 1992 to 1995, she was an Associate Researcher at Ohio State University. From 2002 to 2003, she was a Senior Scientist at the Joslin Diabetes and Endocrinology Research Center at Harvard Medical School. She conducts research in nutrition, food science, diabetology, and epidemiology. Her research interests include diabetes, fat, phytochemistry, epidemiology, nutritional medicine, glucose metabolism, diabetes mellitus, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and genetics.
