Zhipei Chen gained the PhD at Delft University of Technology (the Netherlands). He received his BSc in civil engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University (China) in 2010, and MSc in structural engineering (Excellent Master’s Thesis) from Dalian University of Technology (China) in 2013. Now his research focuses on the effects of stray current on the corrosion behavior of reinforcing steel in cement-based materials.
