Dr. Sieck is a professor of physiology at the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine and Science and a consultant in the Department of Physiology and Biomedical Engineering, with joint appointments in the Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine and the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Medicine. Dr. Sieck's research focuses on muscle physiology and cell signaling.
