Theocharis Tsoutsos is a Professor at the School of Environmental Engineering, Technical University of Crete, and Founder and Head of the Renewable and Sustainable Energy Lab (ReSEL). He was Director of the Graduate Programme "Environmental Engineering" (2014–2017) and Head of the Development Department at the Centre for Renewable Energy Sources & Energy Saving - CRES (1992–2005).
