Data pricing is to price data as asset to promote the healthy development of data share, exchange, and reuse. However, the uncertain value index and neglection of interactivity lead to information asymmetry in the transaction process. A perfect data pricing system and a well-designed data market can widely promote data transactions. We take a three-agent data market in this paper, the data owner who provides the data record, the model buyer who is interested in buying machine learning (ML) model instances, and the broker who interacts between the data owner and the model buyer. Two interaction scenarios are defined. In scenario 1, we introduce the Shapley value (SV) to measure values of data records fairly and construct a revenue optimization problem based on the sum of the SV for data boundary. The optimal solution is obtained by calculating their derivatives. In scenario 2, we utilize market research and construct a revenue maximization (RM) problem to price the ML models. Further, An Integer Linear Programming for the RM problem (RM-ILP) process is proposed to transform the RM problem into an equivalent integer linear programming (ILP) problem and solve it with the Gurobi solver. Finally, we conduct extensive experiments, which validate that the RM-ILP process can provide high revenue to the broker and high affordability to the model buyers compared to the benchmarks.

With the development of sentiment analysis, studies have been gradually classified based on different researched candidates. Among them, aspect‐based sentiment analysis plays an important role in subtle opinion mining for online reviews. It used to be treated as a group of pipeline tasks but has been proved to be analysed well in an end‐to‐end model recently. Due to less labelled resources, the need for cross‐domain aspect‐based sentiment analysis has started to get attention. However, challenges exist when seeking domain‐invariant features and keeping domain‐dependent features to achieve domain adaptation within a fine‐grained task. This paper utilizes the domain‐dependent embeddings and designs the model CD‐E2EABSA to achieve cross‐domain aspect‐based sentiment analysis in an end‐to‐end fashion. The proposed model utilizes the domain‐dependent embeddings with a multitask learning strategy to capture both domain‐invariant and domain‐dependent knowledge. Various experiments are conducted and show the effectiveness of all components on two public datasets. Also, it is also proved that as a cross‐domain model, CD‐E2EABSA can perform better than most of the in‐domain ABSA methods.

Multi-label classification studies the task where each example belongs to multiple labels simultaneously. As a representative method, Ranking Support Vector Machine (Rank-SVM) aims to minimize the Ranking Loss and can also mitigate the negative influence of the class-imbalance issue. However, due to its stacking-style way for thresholding, it may suffer error accumulation and thus reduces the final classification performance. Binary Relevance (BR) is another typical method, which aims to minimize the Hamming Loss and only needs one-step learning. Nevertheless, it might have the class-imbalance issue and does not take into account label correlations. To address the above issues, we propose a novel multi-label classification model, which joints Ranking support vector machine and Binary Relevance with robust Low-rank learning (RBRL). RBRL inherits the ranking loss minimization advantages of Rank-SVM, and thus overcomes the disadvantages of BR suffering the class-imbalance issue and ignoring the label correlations. Meanwhile, it utilizes the hamming loss minimization and one-step learning advantages of BR, and thus tackles the disadvantages of Rank-SVM including another thresholding learning step. Besides, a low-rank constraint is utilized to further exploit high-order label correlations under the assumption of low dimensional label space. Furthermore, to achieve nonlinear multi-label classifiers, we derive the kernelization RBRL. Two accelerated proximal gradient methods (APG) are used to solve the optimization problems efficiently. Extensive comparative experiments with several state-of-the-art methods illustrate a highly competitive or superior performance of our method RBRL.
