Marta Correia Sampaio holds a PhD in Management from the University of Évora, a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. She is an Invited Adjunct Professor at the School of Management and Technology of the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém and Human Resources Director at a multinational company. Her research focuses on human capital management, knowledge management, innovation, gamification, and employer branding.
