Dr. Luis Alejandro Fletscher Bocanegra received his B.S. degree in electronic and telecommunications engineering from Universidad del Cauca, Popayan, Colombia, in 2001, his M.Sc. degree in telematics from the Universidad de Murcia, Murcia, Spain, in 2010, his M.Sc. degree in telecommunications from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, Medellín, Colombia, in 2011, and his Ph.D. degree in energy systems engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Medellín, in 2018. In 2012, he joined the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Universidad de Antioquia, as a full-time Professor. His main research interests include energy efficiency of telecommunications systems, coalitional game theory, and mobile network planning.
