PhD, is a Post-Doctoral researcher at the University of São Paulo and has worked at the Department of Biochemical and Pharmaceutical Technology, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences since January 2019. His research focuses on the development of sour beers with probiotic strains using molecular biology approaches.
