Shenghua Zhou received B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electronic engineering from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2005 and 2011, respectively, where he is currently a doctoral supervisor. His research interests include radar networking, MIMO radar, waveform optimization, and multifunctional radar.
