Gatti Edoardo has been a full-time researcher since 2011. He is responsible for the lab of food quality instrumental analysis, and responsible for the IBIMET tissue culture laboratory. He graduated in Biology (1992) and has a PhD Doctor in plant Ecophysiology. He is an expert in plant ecophysiology, tissue culture, instrumental and sensory evaluation of agrifood products, and consumer science.
