Darya Poletaeva is an experienced researcher. She has recently (June 2018) been appointed as a Senior Researcher in the department of Kinetics of Chemical and Biological Processes of The Institute of the Problems of Chemical Physics at the RAS, having worked as a Research Fellow in the department since 2008. Her current role primarily involves running the study of the membranotropic properties of various classes of biologically active compounds by luminescent methods. Her current research interests involve interventions to study new bioactive compounds for new drug development as antioxidants, cardiovascular and antidiabetic agents.
