Giorgio Buonanno is currently a Full Professor at the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, Cassino, Italy. He completed his Ph.D. studies in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Cassino in 1996. From 2016 to 2019, he was a Full Professor with tenure at the Department of Engineering at the Università degli Studi di Napoli Parthenope. His research interests are measurement emission, air quality, atmospheric pollution, aerosols, air pollution studies, particulate matter, and air pollution modeling.
