As a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow, I am primarily interested in the human microbiota and its role in health diseases. I began my career in veterinary medicine, and then made a shift to really understand the most basic foundations of all human and animal life and pathology. My background enables me to approach this work from a holistic perspective and allows me to make important connections. I am currently working in Fischbach’s Lab at Stanford University, where w'r defining high complex bacterial communities that can be implemented to treat diseases.
