Maria Carolina Sasal is an agricultural engineer of the National University of Rosario, with a Master’s degree in Soil Science and a PhD in Agricultural Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires. Maria has been Head of the Department for Natural Resources & Environmental Management at the National Agricultural Technology Institute (INTA) in Parana, Entre Rios Province, Argentina, since 1997.
