Dr. Khalid F. Almutairi is an Assistant Professor at the King Saud University. He received his B.Sc. in Horticulture, an M.Sc. in Horticulture from King Saud University, Alqassim, Saudi Arabia, and a Ph.D. in Horticulture from Oregon State University, Corvallis, Oregon, USA. His main research interests include organic agriculture (the impact of organic fertilizer on the fruit quality, production, and plant growth of fruit trees), production (water relation and the potential on the plant water status, fruit quality, production, and plant growth of fruit trees), and fruit quality (increasing fruit quantities via treatments without affecting the fruit quality).
