Kenneth S. Rankin is a Consultant Orthopaedic Oncologist with special interests in the basic science of musculoskeletal oncology, in particular osteosarcoma. He is currently an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the Translational and Clinical Research Institute, Newcastle University. His clinical activity is at the North of England Bone and Soft Tissue Tumour Service. He is the Chief investigator for a large NIHR sarcoma surgery trial in set up (SarcoSIGHT, £1.41million).
