I am interested in taxonomy, toxicity, and ecophysiology of harmful algal blooms related microalgaes in the water column, as well as benthic dinoflagellates, with particular emphasis on the ciguatera-related organisms including genus of Gambierdiscus, Ostreopsis, Coolia, Amphidinium and Prorocentrum.
