Dr. Olga Kirichenko is currently Scientist at N. D. Zelinsky Institute of Organic Chemistry (ZIOCh) of Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS). She received Chemical Engineer degree in Chemistry and Technology of General Organic Synthesis from M.V. Lomonosov Moscow Institute of Fine Chemical Technology in 1977 and PhD degree in Chemical Kinetics and Catalysis from Boreskov Institute of Catalysis in 1987. She used to teach the courses in ‘Basics of Chemical Engenering’, ‘Up-to-date Catalysis’ and ‘Preparation and Characterization of Heterogeneous Catalysts’ at Chemical Engineering Department, M.V. Lomonosov Institute of Fine Chemical Technologies, Russian Technological University MIREA. She performed scientific studies at Boreskov Institute of Catalysis, Institute of Solid State Chemistry and Mechanochemistry of Siberian Branch of RAS, Ford Research Laboratory and North-Western University. Her research interests are heterogeneous catalysis, scientific basics for the preparation of heterogeneous catalysts, catalyst design and engineering, inorganic materials, synthesis of inorganic materials, nanocatalysts and nanomaterials. She received Awards of Mendeleev Chemical Society
