Dr. Margarita Nikolaeva Terziyska is a tenure-track Associate Professor at the Department of Mathematics, Physics and Information Technology at the University of Food Technologies in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. She holds a PhD in Informatics and Computer Sciences from the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Sofia (2016), and a Master’s degree in Technical Sciences from the Technical University of Sofia, branch Plovdiv (2001). Dr. Terziyska has developed a strong academic and research profile in the fields of artificial intelligence, informatics, computer science, and statistical applications in engineering and social sciences. Her academic career is dedicated to advancing interdisciplinary research and education, fostering innovation at the intersection of data-driven technologies and applied sciences. In her current role, she actively contributes to both undergraduate and postgraduate education while pursuing research projects that integrate machine learning methodologies into practical domains.
