David M. Garner is a double graduate of the Open University in the United Kingdom. Internships at Meakins-Christie Laboratories of McGill University, Montreal and Harvard School of Public Health were completed. Later, a visiting researcher at Tampere University of Technology; and visiting research associate under Professor Bingo Wing-Kuen Ling at University of Lincoln in the United Kingdom. Currently a member of the Cardiorespiratory Research Group, Department of Biological and Medical Sciences, Oxford Brookes University also in the United Kingdom.
