Salifou Ouédraogo-Koné holds a Ph.D. in Animal Sciences from the Swedish University of Agronomic Sciences. Since July 2018, he is the Head of the Institute of Rural Development (University of Bobo-Dioulasso) where he is involved in two research projects (the valorization of local ingredients as feed and medicine for animals and the characterization and sustainable utilization of local cattle breeds of Burkina Faso).
