Qiang Feng received his Ph.D. degree from the Beijing Institute of Technology in 2018 and is now a Professor at the School of Mathematics and Computer Science, Yanan University. He worked as a graduate student at Yanan University from 1998 to 2006. In 2006, he moved to the Beijing Institute of Technology and was promoted to Ph.D. candidate. His research topics mainly include fractional Fourier transform, linear canonical transform, and mathematical methods in signal processing.
