Francisco G. Pérez received a B.S. degree in electronic engineering and an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Concepción, Chile, in 2011 and 2015, respectively; he also received a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, NM, USA, in 2019. His research interests include signal and image processing, imaging systems, infrared detectors, synthetic aperture radars, vibrometry, optical sensors, spectroscopy, and sensing techniques for industrial applications.
