Dr Stuetz works at the Institute of Nutritional Sciences, Hohenheim University, Germany; as a scientist in human nutrition, toxicology and food sciences, among others in Southeast Asian and African countries. His research and expertise include the assessment of micronutrient status of vulnerable population groups such as refugees, elderly people, women in pregnancy and lactation or as in current studies and projects ('Scale-N: Scaling-Up Nutrition (www.scale-n.org) and Vegi-Leg (https://vegi-leg.org/) of small-scale farmers in Tanzania and Mozambique.
