Hao Zhu is a professor of Microelectronics at Fudan University. He received his bachelor’s
degree in physics in 2007 and his master’s degree in condensed matter physics
in 2010 from Nanjing University. He received his Ph.D. in electrical
engineering from George Mason University in the United States in 2013. He
worked as a Guest Scientist at the National Institute of Standards and
Technology (NIST) from 2011 to 2016. His research interests
include advanced CMOS devices and processes, low-power integrated circuit
devices and systems, wide bandgap semiconductor materials and power devices,
and intelligent sensor device and system design.
