Pawel K. Misztal, Ph.D., is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. His research group leads research on understanding air quality and human health through novel time-resolved measurements of chemical composition of gas and particle phase. He was earlier an associate specialist in the Department of Environmental Science, Policy, and Management, at the University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Misztal has published more than 30 peer reviewed papers in the area of atmospheric chemistry and physics, air quality, indoor chemistry and microbiology, mass spectrometry and environmental engineering.
