About Me
Hojjat (Ali) Pashazadeh holds a Ph.D. in Food Engineering from Ondokuz Mayıs University. His research focuses on Food Science and Food Technology, including drying technologies, phenolic compounds, antioxidant activity, and the development of green solvents. Since 2022, he has been working as a Research and Development specialist in the Food Department at Hafız Baba company in Istanbul. In addition, he is currently a faculty member at Istanbul Nişantaşı University and concurrently holds the position of General Laboratory Coordinator.
