Juvenal Rodríguez-Reséndiz was previously with West Virginia University as a Visiting Professor, in 2012. He is currently a Coordinator of the Master's Degree in Automation and the Sustainable Laboratory with Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro (UAQ), Mexico, where he has taught more than 200 digital signal processing and research methodology courses. He belongs to the Mexican Academy of Sciences, the Mexican Association of Robotics and Mechatronics, and the National Research Academy in México. He also possesses a higher membership level for researchers, called SNII Level 3, given by the Mexican Government. He has developed more than fifty industrial projects by linking UAQ and the government, has patented more than ten innovations, and has won both national and international prizes for his academic and innovation developments.
