Geologist with more than 7 years’ experience in interdisciplinary research with special emphasis on field geology, sedimentology, stratigraphy, geological mapping, structural geology, 3D geological modelling, GIS and knowledge of geological remote sensing, geophysics, petrography. In the past 3 years I have been working in the H2020 Flowered project (http://www.floweredproject.org), were I was responsible for developing the 3D geological and hydrogeological modelling, designing and writing work package technical reports and deliverables, support for administrative work associated with project activities (workshops, steering meetings, conferences) and mentoring MSc and BSc students. My work background is in both academic and commercial environments, focusing on different topics and in different regions like in Sardinia (Italy), Brittany (France), Anti-Atlas (Morocco), Dahar region (Tunisia) and East African Rift System (Ethiopia, Kenya and Tanzania). I have authored/co-authored 11 scientific peer-reviewed articles and several conference papers and reviewed for Marine and Petroleum Geology and Journal of Environmental Radioactivity.
