Born in Greece on June 25, 1989. In 2012 she graduated from the Faculty of Technology and Materials Science, University of Crete, and in 2015 she graduated the master's program: Biocompatible Substances, Materials and Systems, which was done at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Faculty of Medical Engineering, Department of Bioengineering and Biotechnology (DDB). In 2018 she was in Germany as a guest student at Friedrich Alexander University, Department of Materials Science and Engineering Department of Surface and Corrosion Sciences (LKO), Erlangen. There she was part of the group of Prof. Dr. Patrik Schmuki from the Institute of Surface Sciences and Corrosion. In 2019 she finished the doctoral program at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Faculty of Applied Chemistry and Materials Science, Department of General Chemistry and received the title of Doctor of Chemistry. Since 2020 she has been working as a researcher in the Center for Surface Science and Nanotechnologies - UPB, Polytechnic University of Bucharest.
