Dr. Slađana Rakita is a senior research associate at the Institute of Food Technology, University of Novi Sad. She received a Diploma (equivalent to M.Sc.) in Technology Engineering from the Faculty of Technology Novi Sad in 2011. She got a Ph.D. in 2018. Her research includes Products based on grain crops for human and animal nutrition, utilization of alternative feed ingredients and by-products of the food and agricultural industries in animal feed production, improving the quality of animal feeds by applying technological production processes, and experience in feed quality control with a focus on fatty acid analysis and changes in the lipid phase.
