Prof. Andrzej Olszyna is the head of the Ceramic and Polymer Materials Department at the Warsaw University of Technology. Prof. Olszyna obtained a Master’s degree in engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology in 1978 and a Ph.D. in technical sciences from the Warsaw University of Technology in 1991. In 2003, Prof. Olszyna earned the title of professor of technical sciences. Prof. Olszyna received the Award of the Minister of Science and Higher Education in 2002 and the Award of the Minister of Education and Science for significant achievements in the field of implementation activities in 2021. Prof. Olszyna’s research interests mainly include materials science and engineering, SPS sintering, and composites.
