Marta Marsilio is Associate Professor of healthcare management at University of Milan, Department of Economics, Management and Quantitative Methods. She received her degree in Economics and Management from Bocconi University. She holds a PhD in Public Administration and Business Economics. Her research interests include: operation management and supply chain management in service delivery organisations, co-production of public and health services, public-private partnerships and e-health. She has authored several books and articles and she has been the principal investigator of different research projects. She is a research fellow at Karolisnka Institute, Editorial Administrator of Health Services Management Research journal, member of the editorial committee of Mecosan journal, board member of Head (Health administration research center) of Univertity of Milan, and board member of IRCCS Istituto Neurologica Carlo Besta, Milano (Academic research hospital). She is in the experts list of AGENAS (National Agency for regional health services). She has been appointed as member of the evaluation committee of several health care organizations. She is member of several national and international academic societies.
